22-4-2010 12.00 - 18.00
UCL Roberts Building
Fabric testing has repeatedly revealed a significant performance gap between the design and as built; Proving performance and closing the performance gap is clearly an essential strategy. Ongoing monitoring and post occupancy evaluation (poe) are also essential tools to ensure our low carbon homes are operating well and are comfortable and healthy.
Come and hear what testing has been implemented, the costs, the protocols, the strategies and the learning and feedback.
