Anticipated Part L 2013: Towards Target Zero
Ecobuild 2012. ExCel Centre, Royal Docks, London

Part L regulations are a key to the Government’s target to reduce greenhouse gases by 80% by 2050, and to zero carbon 2016 targets. Following the anticipated consultation of Part L 2013 in Autumn 2011, this session will examine the likely changes to Part L and their impacts; how to meet the new proposed requirements and an examination of the likely strengthening of as-built requirements.
