For its 2012 Annual Conference the Zero Carbon Hub has attracted a strong speaker programme to assess progress towards the 2016 zero carbon homes policy target. As in 2011, the Conference will bring delegates up to speed with the latest developments and will highlight the activities crucial to successful delivery of the policy.
