This course is for homeowners and self-builders and will be delivered by Charles Couzens, Director of Ecos Trust. Participants will be encouraged to bring their own source material and designs to contribute to the course and enliven discussion. There will be a selection of sustainable materials on display. The Course will cover: Sustainable construction, designing a sustainable home, sustainable refurbishment, renewable technologies, an example housing design, review and discussion – cost, environmental impact and practical implications
