The GHA organises events, seminars and workshops on pertinent topics on a quarterly basis. Events are free to members, but there will be a charge for non-members to attend. Fabric testing has repeatedly revealed a significant performance gap between the design and as built; Proving performance and closing the performance gap is clearly an essential strategy. Ongoing monitoring and post occupancy evaluation (poe) are also essential tools to ensure our low carbon homes are operating well and are comfortable and healthy.
