| petitions.pm.gov.uk/carbonzerohomes/ We are urging members to sign to this petition to reinstate the ability to use accredited offsite renewables to achieve the Treasury definition of zero carbon homes within the draft Statutory Instrument for stamp duty exemption and to reflect this is in the Code for Sustainable Homes. This will provide greater opportunities to meet the 2016 zero carbon homes target. Please sign up by 4th November as the definition will be launched shortly afterwrds. |
