Standard
All GHA Developer Members have signed up to achieve the GHA Standard (previously the GHA Code), which is set as Code 3++. This pledges:
- Code for Sustainable Homes level 3++
- A reduction in carbon emissions in the use of new buildings by at least 70% from the average use in UK building stock, according to building type, in 2003 (translated into specific energy and carbon targets in kWhr/m2 or kgCO2/m2)
- Post occupation monitoring and assessment.
