| UKGBC Response to the Draft Statutory Instrument: Stamp Duty Land Tax (Zero-Carbon Homes Relief) Regulations 2007 In December 2006 The Treasury announced that stamp duty exemption would be available on new “zero-carbon homes” up to a value of £500,000 between October 1st 2007 and September 30th 2012.
