HCA and CSH timelines

The HCA board are in the process of concluding the policy framework for 2011-2014, which will include timelines for implementation of the Code For Sustainable Homes. This report is due to go out to consultation in November and published in April 2010. It seems likely that there will be no change to current requirements for Housing Associations to achieve CSH 3 until 2011 at the earliest.
