Code Consultation launched
18 Dec 2009 7:12 pm
For some festive reading, DCLG have launched the Code for Sustainable Homes consultation: here The GHA sits on the Code Advisory group, the Energy Sub group and the newly formed Code Review Group. One of our calls has been for up to 5 credits for monitoring and we are pleased to see 2 credits proposed for smart meters with visual displays and a further credit for devices that can record data. However our proposal for 2 credits for additional post construction testing has not made it through, but we will continue to lobby for this. We will be responding to all the proposals and would welcome your input. Seasons greetings
