Our recent event, in partnership with the Energy Saving Trust, was really well attended and the feedback was great- it was even described as seminal by Fionn Stephenson of Oxford Brookes University, and we are planning to follow up with a GHA think paper on this topic. At the event, participants were given the first viewing of detailed monitoring data from a leading development at Bladon in Oxfordshire and several monitoring companies displayed their new and developing products.

Interestingly, the experts present stressed the importance of questionnaires and resident feedback as essential tools for meaningful monitoring. The GHA will explore this further in our forthcoming think paper, which is due to be published next month.
