Project Description:
Our Middlehaven development is the UK's leading zero carbon project and the North of England's most ambitious and exciting regeneration scheme - promising to transform the perception of Middlesborough and the Tees Valley by creating a fantastic public realm, amazing architecture and a great new place.
The first building, 'Community in a Cube', by FAT Architects, has an EcoHomes 'Excellent' rating, an integral biomass boiler, as well as a host of community and sustainability characteristics.
