Closing The Performance Gap
GHA Masterclass: Closing The Building Performance Gap
This training has been delivered. Please downlaod the attached report.
The Performance Gap is the (often large) difference between the energy use that homes and buildings are meant to achieve (at design stage and Building Regs approval stage) and what they actually achieve when they have been built and are in use. This means energy bills can sometimes be double what they should be.
This training was designed for all built environment professionals to help understand why the performance gap happens and is often so significant, but most importantly it gave practical strategies to close the performance gap (significantly or completely) which can be applied to any project.
